Rates :
The rates apply throughout the entire year.
There is no difference between high or low season.

The rates for extra nights will be calculated in the same way as stays less than 7 nights.

General
The villa is equipped for a maximum number of eight guests.
Upon requests, an extra bed or cot for a ninth person is available.

The number of guests as specified at the reservation may not be exceeded without prior consent of the owner.

We advise you to bring a fotocopy of your passport, because you have to register
within 24 hours after arrival at the Sengggigi policeoffice. Normally you have to pay
a small fee for administration. The staff can be helpful to you.
What’s included ?
The villa has a local household staff. The villa is completely equipped with linen, towels, cooking utensils, etc.
Cleaning of the villa and laundry of bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
I
n case you want your personal laundry be done too, please contact Atun, your hostess.
She'll gladly do it for you for Rp. 15.000 (about one euro) per day.
We trust that you personally deal with her for this extra service, which she doesn't have to provide.
Taxes and service costs
When you rent our villa there are no hidden expenses, such as surcharges or extra service expenses. Beforehand the guest will know what will be his expenses.
When you are satisfied about the service of the staff it is customary to give a tip.
Payments and cancellations
Within seven days, after confirmation of reservation has been given, a payment of 50% of the total rental price must be received by the owner. When this is not the case the reservation will be cancelled. The final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival in the villa. When the reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in the villa, the total amount has to be received immediately. The complete amount, minus 300 Euro, will be refunded when the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more, prior to arrival.
With cancellations less then 60 days prior to arrival no refunds will be made.
A written notice (or E-mail) has to be received by the owner to make a valid cancelation.
Changes in booking
For changes in the reservation, a € 50,- administration charge can be asked, when the booking has already been affirmed and the down payments have been paid.
Check-in and check-out time
Check-in is allowed after 14:00 pm.
Check-out is possible untill 12:00 pm.
If no other guests are leaving or arriving on the same day you can ask the manager
if you may deviate from this time.
Flight data and transfer
When you rent the villa, the transfer from and to the airport can also be arranged by us.
If you want this service, please say so on the booking form.
The manager will be stand by at the airport or harbour to welcome you at arrival and he will bring you to the villa.
At the arrival hall of the airport he will await you with a sign with your name on it.
Therefore it is necessary you inform us about your travel data and planned arrival time.
Also changes in the flight schedule must be reported, to guarantee his presence.
Before arriving in Lombok he gets your phone number and you will have his. This to make contact in case of emergency.

Reconfirmation of your home-flight can also be done by him, if required.

Also the possibility exists to travel with public transport (Buses Damri) from the airport to Senggigi. These buses are waiting at the exit of the airport. From Senggigi to the villa it is possible to go with a taxi.
Liability
The owner is not obliged to pay back an unused part of the reservation, due to any circumstances. Also he is not liable for theft or accidents.
Therefore a tenant should take out cancellation insurance and/or travel insurance.
If the tenant causes damages to the house or movables, or loses possessions of the owner (such as a key), the tenant will be held responsible for this.
The expenses for repair or replacement have to be paid by the tenant to the manager.
